Wahlund Construction, Inc. is a Northern California based Civil & Electrical General Contractor with a focus on large-scale public utility and industrial construction projects including; water and wastewater plant upgrades, power distribution (above and below ground), and underground infrastructure repair and replacement using both traditional trench and trenchless methods (such as horizontal directional drilling and pipe bursting).
